BLEND

We mean by blend a coffee mixture of different kinds and origin, the best coffee varieties meet giving birth to blends with a unique taste. The blending after the roasting let perfectly roast every single green coffee and intervene with further checks. Every Quarta Caffè reference comes from one by one roasted coffee and blended in a second moment, in order to realize a constant taste and quality product.

GRINDING

The grinding is essential to get a good cup of coffee, if you do it at the moment you need it grants a better flavour of the product, if you don't do it at that moment the coffee doesn’t express its own characteristics at its best.

PACKING

After a perfect roasting the question is how to prevent the noble essence which expresses the coffee quality from wasting, but to keep it intact till the consumption. The whole transformation process changes completely the bean chemical structure. The coffee becomes instable and tends to alter: every kg of roasted coffee left in the atmosphere “produces” up to 20 litres of gas, wasting in this way its organoleptic and flavour characteristics. Quarta Caffè has always preferred “not vacuum” packets which allow the product to “ripe” in a natural way.
