Discovering the coffee’s world, through an exclusive teaching way starting from the plant’s botanic, going through the history, the geography and getting to the industrial roasting. Passing through the different phases of the production process, the selection of the green coffees, the roasting and bean’s transformation process, how a blend arises and how it gets to the consumer. The chance to see close up a firm reality of the agriculture and food section of the area.
